Shipping & Return

Shipping & Delivery

We offer free shipping* to all areas in Hong Kong.  Delivery will be arranged by SF Express*. Customers will be notified by email or Facebook message on the delivery details. Please expect 2 - 3 working days for delivery in Hong Kong. For international orders, please contact us directly for further information.

*No delivery cost will be charged if customers pick up their orders at SF Stores. Otherwise, the delivery cost will be charged by and paid to SF Express directly upon your order collection.

Processing Time

Orders received before 5 pm Monday - Saturday will be processed within 1-2 working days for payment verification and fulfillment. Orders placed after 5 pm will be processed the following working day. Orders being delivered to the outlying islands or remote areas in Hong Kong may require an additional 1 working day to process.

Returns & Exchanges 

We examine each of our branded items before shipping to our valued customers. If you receive a wrong item, faulty goods or if there is a quality issue with the product, you may return or exchange the item within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in a sellable condition. 

Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged due to manufacturing faults. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

Only regular-priced items can be refunded or exchanged. Sale items are final sales and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Any requests for return or exchange must be made in writing to us, either by email or post. Please state clearly the reason for return and send back the faulty goods to us by SF Express (Station Code: 852NML) with tracking number. You will be responsible for any loss of goods, if any, during the delivery process. 

You will be responsible for the shipping costs incurred for the exchange. The faulty goods will be investigated and customers will be notified the results within 14 working days upon receiving the returned items.  The decision to accept or refuse a replacement is at the discretion of Aaron & Fox.

No returns or exchanges will be arranged due to incorrect sizing or design / color chosen when placing the order online. Please remember to measure the size of your furry friends carefully before order placement.
